Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By renting equipment or services from Stephanique Co. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these terms.

2. Rentals & Delivery

Delivery windows are estimates. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver and pick up on the scheduled date. Customer is responsible for providing safe, accessible placement locations.

3. Payment

Deposits may be required for event bookings. Final balances are due upon completion of service unless other terms have been agreed to in writing.

4. Damages

Customer is responsible for damage to units beyond normal wear and tear, including vandalism, tipping, or interior damage during the rental period.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before scheduled delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the rental. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
